UB Securities London LLP was incorporated in Spring 2008 and
began trading in Summer 2008. UB Securities London acts as an agency broker, operating in London under the regulatory umbrella as an appointed agent of its hedge fund partner, IGS Alternative Investment Solutions LLP.

UB Securities London's majority partner, United Bankers Securities Helsinki was founded in 1986 and provides all trade and settlement service as well as our clients' counterparty risk. UB Securities London has compliance departments in both London and Helsinki and is FSA registered. Additionally, United Bankers Securities is a fully paid up member of the Finnish stock exchange's sinking fund.
